Hi, Each province you lost you will loses some portion rescourses of that province. But if you win you will gain some portion rescourses. Its depends on your %. not what you take or loses. particular resources that the provinces produces . The difference is the capitol where you also gain a portion of that nation stored money but if you loses your capitol your % will lower in every province of your nation so you will loses more double rescourses.
