As far as i know as you take each prov you'll gain a portion of the country's stockpile of that particular resource that the prov produces . The only difference to this is the capitol where you also gain a portion of that countries stored money.

Each province you lost you will loses some portion rescourses of that province.
But if you win you will gain some portion rescourses.
Its depends on your %. not what you take or loses.

The difference is the capitol where you also gain a portion of that nation stored money but if you loses your capitol your % will lower in every province of your nation so you will loses more double rescourses.

To my understanding of the game mechanics Serhat is correct.
Each province you lose you will lose some resources.
If you take a province you will gain some resources.
When you take your enemies capital you gain money.
