We had to pause our RP because in all platforms this problem was happening.</p>

Sadly, I'm not a programmer, and I'm not really qualified to make any kind of estimation. But I will relay to the powers that be, that again we have the 'natives getting restless'.

From management above me:
"When first reported, Call of War, had the same issue.
The short version is that one system got updated before another, but the second system relied on the older version of the updated system.
I had put it down to them being the same problem, then Thursday was a bank holiday, Friday a lot of people in this country take off to have a four day weekend, and since then it's been the weekend."
Ergo, when folks get back in Monday, we should see a resolution shortly after. I am very sorry this happened, but unfortunately, things spiraled out of control. Realize, I play a lot of these games (currently in 7), and I am having to deal with the same issues.
